As a Member of Parliament, I am readily available to provide support and information to my constituents of West Dunbartonshire with any issue they may be facing.
Once approached with an issue, I then contact the relevant people or organisation that can help resolve my constituent’s problem on their behalf. This includes government agencies and local councils.
My constituency office have already helped to resolve hundreds of casework and continue to provide invaluable support to the people of West Dunbartonshire facing a wide range of issues.
Examples of such issues include;
- Housing
- Immigration, asylum and nationality
- Anti-social behaviour
- Benefits
- Education
- Health
- Transport
I also receive emails from my constituents asking my stance on certain policies or issues, such as how I intend to vote on an upcoming piece of legislation or if I support specific campaigns or initiatives.
How do I contact you for help?
If you would like my help with an issue, you can email my Parliamentary email ([email protected]), and my staff and I will note your case and make any inquiries on your behalf to help resolve the matter.
You can also call our office on 0141 286 0290, and we can begin the above process. We aim to reply to all emails and phone calls as promptly as possible, however we are experiencing a very high volume of emails so please allow for 10 working days for us to respond.
